3 Account Registration

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bwg288 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bwg288 does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in IDR via supported Indonesian payment methods.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja, subject to method availability at the time of deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bwg288 reserves the right to apply transaction limits where required for compliance or operational reasons.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Member's Account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Member via the KYC process.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits are as published in the bwg288 Account settings at the time of the withdrawal request.
• bwg288 targets a withdrawal processing time of three (3) to ten (10) minutes for standard requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets. Processing times may be extended for larger withdrawal amounts subject to enhanced security review.
• All Bonus Funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted while wagering requirements remain outstanding will result in the outstanding Bonus Funds being forfeited, with only real-money Balance components eligible for release.
• bwg288 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of a KYC review, an ongoing investigation into Account activity, or where the withdrawal request is linked to an Account under a responsible gaming restriction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bwg288 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time the bonus is claimed, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

1. One bonus per Member: Each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, one claim per household, one claim per IP address, and one claim per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion via multiple Accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
2. Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus amounts and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
3. Bonus expiry: All bonus amounts and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period, after which uncompleted bonus amounts and any associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
4. Game contributions: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. Unless otherwise stated, slot games contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sportsbook wagers contribute between 10% and 100% depending on odds and market type. 5. 7 Gaming Rules

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bwg288's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Member's Account, or the bwg288 Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Member into their bwg288 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bwg288 accepts no liability for any of the following, to the extent permissible by applicable law:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind, howsoever arising;
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, third-party network outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or civil disturbances;
• Any loss arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information displayed as a result of a system error or malfunction, as described in Clause 7;

12 Account Termination & Suspension

bwg288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, and to withhold or void any Balance held therein, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms by the Member;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in bonus abuse, fraudulent wagering patterns, collusion, or any form of cheating;
• Use of the Account for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• The Member being found to be under 21 years of age;
• The Member being found to hold multiple Accounts;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member under the Responsible Gaming programme;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to restrict or terminate the Account.

Members may close their own bwg288 Account at any time by contacting the bwg288 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds Balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Accounts closed as a result of a breach of these Terms are not entitled to a refund of deposited funds where those funds are subject to an active investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

bwg288's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account operations are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described above.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bwg288 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, bwg288 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email to their registered address or via a prominent on-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
